SAFH Hosts Forum on Advance Directive 08-08-2007
The Bioethics Committee at Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital is holding a free community forum on advance health care directives on Tuesday, September 4, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., in Conference Rooms A/B/C at the hospital.
The presentation will address advance planning for medical treatment near the end of life, including information on what to expect from your doctor and other health professionals and how to create and update your own Advance Directive.
